2. What we process

We process the account details you provide at registration (email address, first and last name) and the invoice/transaction files you upload to run RFM, cohort and churn analyses. Uploaded data is stored securely and used solely to produce the analyses you request.

We use only strictly necessary cookies. Under the GDPR and the Dutch Telecommunicatiewet these do not require consent because the service cannot function without them. We do not use tracking, advertising or profiling cookies, and all fonts, icons and scripts are served from our own servers — no data is shared with third-party CDNs when you visit.

4. Optional analytics

We do not currently use analytics cookies. If we introduce them in future, they will load only after you click Accept all in the cookie banner and never before. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the Cookie settings link in the footer — withdrawing is as easy as giving consent.
